("ADUMU", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at adumu.com (the "Site") and all associated communications terminals.

By accessing the Site, transmitting data through our contact terminal, or interacting with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.

The Site serves as the primary corporate presence and communication channel for ADUMU, INC. ADUMU builds specialized systems software products that are governed by dedicated operational terms:

Platform pilots, API service level agreements (SLAs), and commercial volume tiers are governed by the specific Enterprise Customer Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Acceptable Use Policy published on jump.adumu.com.

  Local Codebase Intelligence (graph.adumu.com): Local compiler-grade abstract syntax tree indexing utility for AI agents. Governed by the on-device End User Software License Agreement (EULA).

You agree to use the Site exclusively for lawful corporate and technical purposes. When accessing our systems or communicating with our infrastructure, you agree NOT to:

ADUMU Ownership: All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos (including "ADUMU", "Adumu Jump", "Adumu Graph", and the "Tech Meets Science" mark), visual CRT HUD design elements, interactive shaders, source code, documentation, and underlying proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of ADUMU, INC. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

05 // DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE, ITS CONTENTS, AND ALL INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ADUMU, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR SYSTEM INTEGRATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.

06 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADUMU, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, FOUNDERS, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA CORRUPTION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADUMU'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS CORPORATE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

07 // INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ADUMU, INC., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from or arising out of: (a) your breach or violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site or its communication channels; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

08 // GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and the federal laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably agree that the state and federal courts located within Maricopa County, Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or relating to these Terms.

09 // SEVERABILITY, MODIFICATIONS & OFFICIAL NOTICES

  Modifications: ADUMU reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site following modifications constitutes agreement to the amended Terms.

  Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

  Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire understanding between you and ADUMU regarding your use of the corporate Site.
