PRIVACY POLICY
Our data privacy philosophy is anchored in sovereign minimalism: collect only what is strictly necessary, store it securely, and never monetize user information.
01 // SOVEREIGN PRIVACY CREED & SCOPE
ADUMU, INC. ("ADUMU", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") is an American systems software company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. We build foundational infrastructure for large-scale web data acquisition (Adumu Jump) and compiler-exact codebase intelligence (Adumu Graph).
This Privacy Policy explains how ADUMU collects, uses, protects, and discloses information when you visit our corporate portal at adumu.com, interact with our communications terminals, or evaluate our platform offerings.
02 // INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information in two distinct contexts: information you actively transmit to us, and standard technical connection logs required for server operation and cybersecurity defense.
Contact Inquiries
When you submit an inquiry through our contact terminal or email us directly, we collect your Operator Name, Email Address, optional Organization Name, transmission topic, and the contents of your message.
Security & Network Telemetry
To protect our systems against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, brute-force exploits, and automated vulnerability probes, our web servers log IP addresses, access timestamps, HTTP request paths, referring URLs, and user agent strings.
Privacy-Centric Analytics
We use privacy-conscious analytics (Statcounter) to monitor aggregate traffic trends (e.g., page visit totals and geographic distribution). Analytics data is non-identifying, aggregated, and completely decoupled from ad networks.
03 // PRODUCT DATA BOUNDARIES & AIR-GAPPING
ADUMU produces distinct software systems with rigorous data isolation guarantees:
-
[ADUMU JUMP]
Automated Web Data Acquisition (jump.adumu.com): Adumu Jump acts as a high-throughput managed gateway executing web extraction jobs under user instruction. Target query parameters and extracted payloads belong exclusively to the customer and are transmitted through encrypted TLS pipelines. Jump does not broker, resell, or aggregate customer payload data.
-
[ADUMU GRAPH]
Local Codebase Intelligence (graph.adumu.com): Adumu Graph runs 100% locally on customer workstations or private infrastructure. It parses abstract syntax trees (ASTs) on-device using local compiler runtimes. Zero source code, syntax graphs, symbol definitions, or AST metadata are ever transmitted to ADUMU cloud servers.
04 // COOKIES, LOCAL STORAGE & STATE MANAGEMENT
Our website does not utilize advertising cookies, third-party marketing beacons, or cross-site tracking identifiers.
We utilize browser localStorage and ephemeral session memory solely for functional user interface preferences and cryptographic security:
-
•
adumu.scanlines: Stores your preference (on/off) for the CRT scanline visual shader. -
•
adumu.sfx: Stores your preference (on/off) for mechanical audio feedback blips. -
•
Session CSRF Tokens: Ephemeral cryptographic tokens generated per session to prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery during contact form transmissions. Expired upon session termination.
05 // DATA DISCLOSURE & THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
ADUMU does not sell, lease, monetize, or trade personal information under any circumstance.
We engage only trusted infrastructure partners bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations:
-
> SMTP RELAY
Google Workspace SMTP Relay: Transmissions via our contact terminal are routed through Google Workspace SMTP infrastructure (
smtp-relay.gmail.com) under authenticated, encrypted STARTTLS protocols to deliver messages directly to ADUMU operators. -
> LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Lawful Demands: We disclose records only if strictly compelled by a valid subpoena, court order, or binding sovereign legal process issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
06 // SECURITY PROTOCOLS & DATA RETENTION
Founded by veteran internet security leadership, ADUMU enforces rigorous systems defense across our infrastructure:
-
•
Transport Layer Security: All traffic is enforced over modern TLS 1.3 / TLS 1.2 with strict HTTP Content-Security-Policy (CSP), Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS), X-Frame-Options (SAMEORIGIN), and X-Content-Type-Options (nosniff) headers.
-
•
Retention Cycles: Contact inquiries are retained for the duration of the active business or technical relationship. Web server access logs are automatically rotated and purged on a standard 30-to-90 day security cycle.
07 // YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS & STATUTORY CHOICES
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Economic Area under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable US state privacy laws), you have specific statutory rights regarding your personal information:
Data Inquiries
Request confirmation of whether we hold personal information relating to you and receive a copy of that data.
Deletion & Purge
Request the deletion or purging of your contact records from our active communications database.
Correction
Request corrections or updates to any inaccurate or incomplete contact records.
Equal Service
We will never discriminate against, deny services to, or alter service quality for any user exercising statutory privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email our team at info@adumu.com. We respond to verified identity requests within statutory timeframes.
08 // POLICY UPDATES & CONTACT DISPATCH
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect technological improvements, security audits, or evolving regulatory standards. Any modifications will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
