From 2005 to 2015, Stephen was Co-Founder, Chief Scientist, and Fellow of Team Cymru, a company whose technology scaled to helping millions of users, many Tier 1 ISPs, NSPs, and governments in the fight against cyber crime world-wide. He developed many of the cutting edge technologies which help set them apart and be recognized as the top most influential leaders in the world of Internet Security.

Stephen has a Computer Science degree from Wheaton College and has also worked at major tech companies such as Cisco Systems, IBM and others. Since 2015 he has been Founder and CEO of Russell Holdings, partnering with business owners to map out and execute effective strategies for growth, and he advises the security companies Binarly and PolySwarm.
